Brown are visiting the latter’s mother, Mrs. Couvain, Wairoa. At the inquest on the late Harold Hugh () r.oughlen, heard before Mr. V. E. Winter, ,( ]'., district coroner. Dr. E. B. .fardine , tated that lie had been treating the de ceased lately for a severe cold and bronchial trouble. The witness examined the body a about 11.30 n.m. on Monday and formed the opinion that death took place about 12 houis previously, death being most probably due to , oronary disease causing sudden stoppage o; i ln.i heart. The deceased probably died in his sleep. There were absolutely no suspicious circumstances and death was due to natural causes. The coroner returned a vi-rilict in accordance with the medical testimony. There was an exceptionally large number present at the funeral of the late Mr. O’Loughlen. which was held on Tuesday afternoon, the Rev. C. E. Hyde conducting the services at St. Paul’s Church and later t the graveside. A large number of beautiful floral tributes covered the grave.
