Board of Information announced that representatives of Germany and Italy at a meeting in Tokio, reached full agreement on the questions of building a new world order and presenting the war jointly. The Domei News Agency said that observers contrasted the close harmony of Axis aims with the vagueness of the war aims and the constant clasing of interests between Britain and America which had met time and again and achieved nothing.
