When the trial of Henri Hirt on a charge of using an instrument with intent to procure a miscarriage was resumed this .'morning, Mr. Justice Kennedy held that tire evidence of the voting woman concerned, given m the hospital in which she subsequently died, was admissible. The judge added that, if necessary, he would state a case for the Court of Appeal.
