PETROL IN BRAZIL PRIVATE CARS BARRED (2.50 p.m.) RIO DE JANEIRO, Julyl4. The strictest gasoline rationing thus far attempted will become effective on Wednesday, when private cars must remain in garages Only Government, municipal, police officials ana diplomats will be permitted to operate cars. A limited number of taxis, trucks and buses will operate on a small daily ration.
