CURFEW AT ROUEN
SHOT FIRED AT GERMAN (Reed. Dec. 10, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 9. The Vichy news agency says that shots were fired this morning at a German officer at Rouen. Curfew was imposed until December 14.
