HONG KONG PREPARES
EVACUATION ADVICE (Reed. Dec. 2, 3 p.m.) HONG KONG, Dec. 1.
The Government has urged all persons not required for duty, in the event of an outbreak of hostilities, to evacuate themselves and. their families from Hong Kong.
Virtually all the remaining Japanese in Hong Kong are preparing to depart by to-morrow’s steamer. All military leave has been cancelled.
