FRIENDLY SOCIETIES FORESTERS WIN FINAL The second of the new series of indoor bowls tournaments organised by Gisborne friendly societies was held in the Mangapapa Hall last night, and resulted in a win for Foresters B, who defeated Rechabiteß B in the final, after the scores had been evened up on the last head but one. Seventeen teams were engaged last night, and results of the games were as follows: — First Bound.—Foresters B 11 v. Rebekah A 1; Rechabiteß B G v. Foresters A 2; Bechabites A 7 v. Foresters C 2; Rebekah o 9 v. Druids B 0; Star of Gisborne G v. Manchester Unity C 5; Druids A 7 v. Hibernian 2; Mangapapa B 7 v. Encampment 4 : Manchester Unity A 5 v. Manchester Unity B 1; Mangapapa A, a bye. Second Bound.—Druids A 4 v. Manchester Unity A 2; Star of Gisborne 7 v. Rebekah B 1; Rechabites B G v. Bechabites A 4 ; Mangapapa A 7 v. Mangapapa B 4. Third Round.—Foresters B 5 v. Druids A 3. Semi-finals. —Foresters B S v. Star of Gisoorne 4; Rechabites B 5 v. Mangapapa A 1. Final.—Foresters B 7 v. Rechabites B 5.
