PERSONAL
The Minister of Justice, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason, and the Under-Secre-tary for Justice, Mr. B. L. Dallard, accompanied by Mr. G. Dixon, private secretary to the Minister, returned to Gisborne from Ruatoria last evening, and this morning continued their southward journey, intending to reach Wellington to-night. The Minister did not intend to break his journey at Wairoa, where on Sunday he took the opportunity of an informal talk with the Mayor, Mr. H. L. Marker, on district matters falling under the jurisdiction of the Justice Department.
