SERVICE TO RESUME AMERICA TO IRELAND (Reccl. Nov. 22, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 21
Pan-American Airways announced that the trans-Atlantic service to Foynes, Ireland, will be resumed this winter following the revision of the Neutrality Act. The service was suspended in 1939.
