DIVORCED MAN FINED (Per Px-ess Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Failure to enrol as a single man after his divorce had been completed, resulted in Henry Edward Evans being convicted in the Police Court to-aay by the magistrate, Mr. J. L. Stout, and fined £lO. It was stated that the defendant should ■ have enrolled within 28 days of the decree being made absolute.
