U.S.-MEXICO PACT
CONTROVERSY SETTLED (Reed. Nov. 21, 10.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 20. Senor Eduardo Suarez, the Mexican Finance Minister, announced that the Mexican and United States Governments have reached agreements to settle the oil controversy and also silver money stabilisation and highway financial agreements, for which the United States is advancing £7.500,000.
