Regent.— “ Waterloo Bridge” (Robert Taylor-Vivien Leigh ends to-morrow. Revealing the drama of oil, with a story that is entirely one of action and with a star group that includes Clark Gable, Spencer Tracy, Claudette Colbert and Hedv Lamarr, “Boom Town” will open at the Regent Theatre on Friday next. Majestic. “Washington Melodrama,” in which romance is mingled with night life in a great city, concludes to-night. To-morrow’s programme consists of two action pictures. • “Racket Busters” stars George Brent. Humphrey Bryant, and Gloria Dickson. "The Nursemaid Who Disappeared” is a novel comedy-mystery. Kingfs.—Sabu, the star of “Elephant Boy” fame, is featured with Raymond Massey, Roger Livesey, Valerie Hobson and Desmond Tester at the head of a east of 3000 in “The Drum,” an exciting cavalcade of .empire-building on the north-west frontier of India, photographed in natural colour.
