The Germans lost 450 killed and wounded, 12 lorries, 21 machine guns and hundreds of automatic rifles The secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party stated on Friday that guerrilla warfare in the enemy’s rear had spread everywhere. Several hundred detachments had already destroyed several German divisional and regimental headquarters and had recaptured at least five towns before the Germans were forced to divert large numbers of troops for the defence of towns. The Moscow radio reports an instance of mutiny among the Germans. Guerrillas captured 12 men of the 2nd Company of the 110th German Infantry Regiment awaiting court-martial The guerrillas killed a storm trooper guarding the mutineers, who said the company had refused to continue the fight because' they had had no proper food for days and treatment by thr officers was intolerable.
