RETURNED 600 MILES

JAPANESE STEAMER AUSTRALIANS PUT ASHORE (Reed. Aug. 4, 3 p.m.) SYDNEY, Aug. 4. A further report concerning the movements of the Japanese vessel China Maru states that, acting on orders from Tokio, the steamer, which was called to Sydney last week, headed direct for Japan.
