REFUSAL OF OFFER
SALE OF BEAUUVRE DECISION OF OWNER (Pei- Tress Association.) AUCKLAND, last night. Another oiler for the purchase of the champion three-year-old, Befaulivre, was_jTiade to-day by Mr. M. Miller, Brisbane, who is visiting Auckland.
He asked the owner, Mr. F. C. Harnett, Wellington, to put a price on the unbeaten Boaulivre. He said he had had several big offers but vvas going to keep him.
