DEATH OF A SEAMAN

SECOND MAN IMPROVING

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An inquest on the death of a seaman from a tanker, which put into Wellington on Monday, resulted in the coroner returning a verdict that the deceased, Erland Karlsen, aged 24, died from malignant malaria. H. Larsen, who was sent to hospital, was stated to-day to be improving.
