The Band will play a short programme of music and at 3 P.m. the Mayor of Gisborne and Chairmen of tho Cook County Council and the Gisborne Harbour Board will give short addresses; after which His Worship the Mayor, Mr. D. W. Coleman, MW., will turn tho first sod of tHe Centennial Marine Drive, and the proceedings will close with the National Anthem.
