RECALLED TO FRANCE
FRENCH BROADCASTER PENALTY FOR REFUSAL (Rccd. Oct. 20, 9 a.m.) PARIS, Oct. 19. The military governor has subpoenaed a Frenchman, Paul Fardonnet, who is at present broadcasting in French from Stuttgart. If he does not respond he will be courtmartialled in his absence as a traitor.
