RATIONING OF FOOD
PREPARATIONS MADE ACTION IN ENGLAND (British Ofiirinl Wireless.) Reed. 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 19. The Ministry of Food has announced that arrangements for the introduction of the rationing scheme are i> an advanced state of preparation. Ration books Will be issued to consumers at least 10 days before the date on which rationing begins, so that they are given time for registration with retailers’of their choice
