RATIONING OF MEAT
PARIS RESTAURANTS (Reed. Oct. 19, 2.50 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 18. Reuter’s correspondent in Paris states that the first sign of rationing since the war began is a decree under which beef, mutton and veal must not be sold or served in restaurants on Mondays. Beef must not be sold or served on Tuesdays.
