Royal Family Luncheon

LONDON, August 13 (Rec 11.30 a.m.).—Princess Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh lunched with the King and Queen at Buckingham Palace today. The Princess, who is expecting her second baby, and the Duke left Clarence House for the palace at 1 p.m., returning to Clarence House at 2.10 p.m. Crowds waiting outside Clarence House for news of the Royal birth cheered the Princess in her car.

His Majesty left London this evening by train for Balmoral. The Queen is remaining at Buckingham Palace.
