Remarkable Cricket Result
For a cricket match to result in a draw, both sides scoring the same total of runs, is unusual, but for a match to result in a draw, with both teams scoring the same number of runs in each innings, is possibly without precedent in West cricket. This was the result of the senior reserve match played at Brunner yesterday between Runanga and Brunner. Batting first, Brunner was dismissed for 59 runs. Runanga replied with a similar score. In the second innings Brunner made 55. Runanga was also dismissed for 55, five minutes before fulltime.
