SECRET AGREEMENT
DISCOVERY TN GERMAN ARCHIVES (Rec. 1 p.m.) LONDON, October 13. Mr. Mayhew, Foreign Under-Sec-retary, told a questioner in the House of Commons that the text of an agreement, supplementary to the GermanRussian non-aggression agreement of August, 1939 has been found in German archives. He asked for notice of a question on the matter of publication of the agreement.
