VITAL STATISTICS
SLIGHT GENERAL INCREASE .LN GREY DISTRICT One more birth, one more death and one more marriage were recorded at Greymouth last month than the previous July, according to the vital statistics for the district. There was, however an increase of 12 in the number of births when compared with the figure for July, 1944, while four more deaths occurred. There were 10 fewer marriages. The figures for last month, are as follow, those for the corresponding month in 1945 and 1944 being given for comparative purposes: —
