TRANSFER OF EXECUTIVE
POWER
(Rec. 2 p.m.) BERLIN, July 31. The manufacture of textiles, clothing, leather, footwear, rubber and tobacco in the British zone has been handed over to the German Economic Advisory Board. This is another step in the gradual transfer of executive power to Germans. It is the first formal transfer of control in industry.
