100 Yards Record.
The council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association has given official approval to the pei - formance of Ron. Agate, of Auckland, in equalling the 100 yards national record of 9 4-ssec. Agate equalled the record at the Auckland provincial championships on February 16. Ho'returned 9 4-ssec in a heat, .and repeated the performance in the final. —(P.A.)
