HEAVY LOSS OF LIFE FEARED (Rec. 12.45 p.m.) LONDON, July 30. Three hundred are feared to be dead, 500 injured and thousands homeless as a result of floods, following torrential rain in the agricultuia districts of Amasya and Samsun, states Reuter’s Istanbul correspondent.
