CLEANING UP VIENNA.- All the youth organisations in the Austrian capita] have been joined in a campaign to remove as far as possible, all traces of war damage in the city. Every day parties such as this one can be seen at work on the piles of rubble which now litter the once gay and beautiful city on the Danube.
