PLANE DEVELOPS ENGINE TROUBLE MR. MASON NOT DELAYED (P.A.) WELLINGTON, July 29. Because of engine trouble, the R.A.F. Lancastrian plane in which the Attorney-General (Mr, Mason) and his party were travelling to attend the Peace Conference in Paris was unable to proceed ifrom Darwin. However, Mr. Mason and the Secretary of External Affairs (Mr. A. D. Mclntosh) were able to fly straight to London in an aircraft of the regular British Airways service. Mrs. Mason and other members of the party will probably have to wait in Darwin until Thursday before continuing their journey.
