The iino-ntion of the Crown is that early on t£ mSrninS of July 9, on board the Sussex between Balboa and Auckland Watson stabbed a fellow greaser, Peter King, with the result that he died shortly afterwards. Children and Divorce The facts of the undefended divorce petitions that came before Mi Justice Callan in Auckland .on a recent day did not tend to support the current belief that childless marriages are more liable than others to lead to divorce. Of the 30 marriages with which he dealt, only seven were childless, and in the remainder as many as 58 children were concerned.
