(P.A.)' BLENHEIM,' July 28. ' Bill Brown 19.9) outpointed Clarrie Rayner (9.10) in a 10-round professional lightweight contest Inst night. There were never more than a few points between the contestants.' They were even at the end of the ninth round. In the tenth round Brown’s straight left gained a narrow decision, which met with a mixed reception from a large attendance.
