(Rec. 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 28. The Westinghouse Electric Corporation has announced that it has developed the use 01. rocket powei under the sea with an airborne torpedo called the hydrobomb. It was claimed to be the simplest and least expensive of all aerial torpedoes and was nearly ready for use in combat when Japan surrendered.
