British Troops to Leave Cairo
(Rec. 10.20 a.m.) ALEXANDRIA, July 28. A communique from General Dempsey’s headquarters states that British troops will be leaving Cairo for the Suez Canal zone before the end of September as the first stage of the withdrawal from Egypt. General headquarters in the Middle East will be similarly moving at the end of the year.
