A ' Communist' returned soldier,

who lost a leg in action, was. debarred from attending the meeting of the State Council of the Returned Servicemen’s League, to which he had been elected a few days before. The State president refused to open the meeting until he left the room. Later the place of the meeting was changed, and the Communist was locked out. The State president, Mr. G. Holland, is the man who introduced the matter of barring Communists at last week’s State conference.
