Further outlook: Fair. LOCAL RECORDINGS. 9 a.m.: Barometer, 1010; thermometer, 59; wind, westerly (moderate breeze); sky, cloudy; river, normal; bar, considerable swell; rainfall, 115 points. The total rainfall to date this year is 27.27 inches). The depth on the bar at high water this morning' was 20ft 4ins.
