The depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 21 feet two inches. WEATHER FORECAST. The following is the district forecast issued by the Meteorological Office, Wellington, to-dav:— Situation: An anti-cyclone over the Tasman Sea extends on to New Zealand. Forecast to 5 p.m. Wednesday: Moderate, variable winds; weather, fair to fine, cold night and moderate day temperatures. Further outlook: Fair, but cloud increasing. _______________
