Lithuanian reports state that during recent -riots in Vilna more than 100 Poles and a number of Jews were arrested. A .lew-hunt developed and more than.so Jews were injured, and many Jewish homes were sacked. Berlin sources admitted that the.re had been numerous courts-martial and shootings in Poland, most of them in the Corridor district. It is stated that Poles in Gdynia have been ordered to leave their homes, each family taking only 551 b of luggage. It is not known where these Poles are being sent. " PRICE OF BREAD TREBLED. KAUNAS, November 3. The German Press reports rioting in Vilna during the past two days. Demonstrations of Polish youths near Marshal Pilsudski’s grave forced the authorities to call out the cavalry. Rioting began in bread queues, when the crowds learned that the price was trebled. Jewish shops were looted.
