November L Senor Suner, President of the lalange Political Council, in a broaocast address, said that hidden enemies were sabotaging the Spanish Government’s efforts by means of their hoarding and profiteering. He appealed to the Falange Party to assist the Government to combat these elements. He declared that the Party would welcome a purification ot its cwn ranks. whe Government, said Senor Sunei. interred to assume control of the country’s food, with the object of assisting the poorer classes. The late civil war had resulted in serious ‘hostages in the- national production, especial*’ in wheat, sugar and olive oil. The imports thus far had not bridged largo gaps.
