The opinion that in certain circumstances New Zealand could manufacture light aeroplanes was expressed today by Sir Hardman Lever, leader of the British Air Mission, which has just presented a report to the New Zea Ia nd Go vernin e n t.

Sir Hardman said it would he possible lor New Zealand to manufacture only light types because it did not have the technique necessary for others. 'Phe progress of aviation was so rapid that technique was changing daily.
