WEATHER FORECAST. General situation: Pressure has fallen slightly over the Dominion, but is still high in the north. A series of shallow westerly depressions is crossing the south Tasman Sea and the South Island. Forecast: Moderate to strong northwesterly winds. Weather cloudy to overcast, with occasional rain probable. Temperatures moderate, but becoming cooler. Seas rough in southern parts, elsewhere moderate to rather rough.
