I A. special campaign against cyclists I riding at night without lights or pro- ] per rear reflectors will begin on Monday week, according to a Ministerial * announcement. A circular has been sent to all enforcement authorities, and it is hoped to make the drive the most efficient ever organised in the Dominion.
