BROADCAST INTERVENTION. ( [BY CABLE-PRESS ASSN.—-COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, December 8. While Mr Malcolm McEachern was broadcasting his “flotsam and jetsam” turn from, a theatre, a, voice was heard on the air shouting something like: “What -about Spanish workers?” The programme ' immediately faded out. When the broadcast was resumed “flotsam and jetsam’’ was singing another song. It appears that his broadcasting was arranged before -an audience. A man rose and shouted: “Solidarity for Spanish workers! Send a food ship to Spain! Build a united front against Fascism and war!” The man immediately departed. He gave a name to the police, who intervened outside.
