MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEET

Present, at last evening’s meeting of the Management Committee of the West Coast Rugby League Centre, were Messrs A. 11. McKane, W. Barlow, J. Stokes, B. Rathbun, B. Ramsay, A. Anisy, J. Anisy, J. Griffen, and R. J. Harrington (secretary). An apology was received from Mr L. Hunter.

The transfer of J. Clark, to Brunner Club, was granted, subject to the Blackball Club’s approval. Should the transfer take place, Clark will be reclassified to junior grade. H. Blanchfield was transferred from Pirates to Marist. Club, subject to Pirates’ approval. B. Ross was transferred, under the same conditions, from Pirates to Brunner, and reclassified to junior. Reclassifications from senior to junior were applied for by the Marist Club for P. Sweetman, L. Burger, T. Anisy, C. Restieaux, P. Affleck, and W. Sequin, were granted. The annual report and balance •sheet of the New Zealand League Council, was read. The Ngahere Club wrote, nominating a junior team, and stated that some person, who represented himself as the Secretary of the West Coast Centro, had communicated with the Ngahere Club, by telephone during last week, and had said that the Ngahere team would be required to play, , last Saturday, in Greymouth, at 3 p.m. The Secretary stated that he had

been advised by the Ngahere Club, of the message on Friday a /^ er^2 on ’ and had replied in time to notify them that their match had been set down for Sunday, at Ngahere. Owing to the postponement las. week-end, the revised fixtures for next week-end are:

Saturday Schoolboys: Fifth Grade: Runanga v. Marist, at Wingham Park, 230 p.m. (J. Medlin); Blackball a bye. Sixth Grade: Runanga v. Marist, at Wingham Park, 1.30 p.m. (R. Taylor); Cobden and Blackball byes. Sunday: Seniors: Marist v. Blackball, at'Blackball 2.45 p.m. (W. Allen); Runanga v. Pirates, at Wingnani Park, 2.45 p.m. A ground (Stan Smith).

Junior: Marist A v. Brunner, at Brunner, 2.45 p.nt. (Syd Smith): Runanga v. Pirates, at Wingham Park, at 1.15 p.m. A ground (A. Feilding); Ngahere v. Marist B, at Wingham Park, 2.45 p.m., B ground (R. Armstrong). . Fourth grade: Brunner v. Marist, at Brunner, 1.15 p.m. (H. Hunt); Runanga v. Pirates, at Wingham Park, B ground, 1.15 p.m. (A. Harrison).
