ENTERTAINMENTS
OPERA HOUSE—TO-NIGHT.
Ben Travers’ conception of a “haunted” room, as seen in “Thark,” to be screened to-night and Thursday, is one of the weirdest. Ralph Lynn and Tom Walls enter into the spirit of the idea, and the result is a riot of amusement. If that one chamber may be taken as an indication of an average night in “Thark” Manor, it must have been a cheerful place. A purist induced to see “Thark,” afterwards argued the happenings were impossible in real life. What a viewpoint! And is “Thark” so very improbable after all? The incidents which arouse the laughter §re quite possible _in the dead of night, in a house which has the reputation of being haunted.
BLACKBALL—TO-NIGHT.
‘‘Kiss Me Again” will be screened to-night.
WAIUTA—TO-NIGHT.
“The Warrior’s Husband” will be screened to-night.
