Under the new grading, trainees are required to finish off the last six months in an A Grade institution, at the B Grade hospital’s expense. Members considered that the higher grades would benefit by this cheap nursing from time. to time, and that it might do away with some of their usual staff. Mr. Henry Nahr, the Borough Council’s nominee, returned to the Board after an absence of four years, and claimed a bet of a new hat won from the Chairman. Mr. W. H.
