OPERA HOUSE—TO-NIGHT. Herbert Marshall is featured in “Evenings For Sale,” a Viennese romance to be finally screened tonight. WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. In “The Calendar,” to be screened on Wednesday and Thursday, Herbert Marshall and Edna Best give polished performances as the hero and heroine and they are wonderfully supported by an exceptional cast of English players. Altogether “The Calendar” —an Edgar Wallace racing drama —is as fine a picture as anyone could wish to see. W ALLSEND—TO-NIGHT. “Ladies of the Jury” will be screened at Wallsend to-night. McLEAN PARK GALA. A grand Gala Day is to be held at McLean’s Park on Boxing Day, and a good day’s fun is guaranteed to all.
