JUROR AND WITNESS.
LONDON, November 7
One defendant, Conigrave, created a stir on the resumption of the Harman trial, alleging that he saw a juror exchange remarks with a witness, an accountant Who had investigated the affairs of the corporation. Both the witness and the juror de nied knowledge. The Judge expressetl the opinion that Conigrave was mistaken.
