N.Z. CHAMPIONSHIPS,

WELLINGTON, August 25.
The New Zealand Boxing Council, at its meeting to-night, appointed Mr P. H. Donoghue, honorary instructor of the Miramar Boxing Club, to be the trainer of the New Zealand boxing team which will visit Brisbane after the New Zealand championships. The Council appointed the following officials for the New Zealand championships, being held at Dienheim, on September 7, 8 and 9: —Referees: Messrs N.’ McLean (Auckland), L. Cotter (Blenheim), A. E.
