(First Division) (8) Tahoma (L. G. Morris) .. 1 (3) Air Laddie .. .. 2 (12) Potoaform' .. .. 3 Scr. —Lady Gen, Knight Lady. Won by three lengths; half a length. Time 1.5. (Second Division) (5) Blue Paper (A. McDonald) 1 (11) Glenision .. ..2 (6) Retract 3 Scr. —Good Cheer, Wit, Sunny Mint, Adventure. , Won easily by four lengths; three lengths. Time 1.4 4-5. NEAGLE HANDICAP, one mile and a-quarter—-(2) Black Mint 1 Courageous 2 (3) Kawhakina 3 All started. Courageous finished first by a neck; three lengths. Time 2.16 4-5. An inquiry was held into the running of the Neagle Handicap in connection with alleged crossing of Kawhakina by Courageous. The first and second placings were reversed and Black Mint was declared the winner. No action was taken against L. G. Morris, the rider of Courageous.
