SWISS EXCLUSION.

The Times’s Geneva correspondent states that measures have been taken throughout Switzerland to prevent the entry of foreign Communists. The police charged, with baton and sword, 250 Germans attempting to cross the border at Rheinfelden, injuring 25. DEMONSTRATIONS IN GERMANY. (United Service.) s BERLIN, July 31. Although the police have taken complete precautions against disturbances on August 1, they do not expect a repetition of May Day riots, and will allow the Communists to make an orderly demonstration; but disorders are expected in the Rhur, owing to extensive Communist activities and agitation to prepare for civil war. ARRESTS IN POLAND. WARSAW, July 31. The authorities have imprisoned 300 Communist agitators, chiefly at Warsaw, Vilna, Katowitz and Lemburg.
